Fraser MacDonald

I'm Fraser, I'm 19, and have been playing guitar for over 10 years now (a lot of them learning with Tom himself!).

I'm a second year Applied Music student with UHI, and love to apply the knowledge I gain with studies in my teaching. 

I've been lucky enough to play with some very talented people, and have plenty of experience in live performance and musicianship - I often play with wedding bands, and just last year, played the main stage of Belladrum. I'm also a keen songwriter, and am looking forward to playing more with my own band 'Boys Should Learn'. I'm therefore always excited to help my students understand how different guitar concepts and musical ideas can be used to unlock their own creativity on the guitar and beyond.
